About

A business unit of Elitez Group of Companies.

Elitez Merchandising is the FMCG in-store arm of Elitez Group — a Singapore-headquartered human-capital firm founded in 2010, now operating across nine offices in Southeast Asia. The merchandising business is run as a focused unit because in-store execution is its own discipline, distinct from the group's broader HR, recruitment, and outsourcing lines.

We built the merchandising bench, the supervisor layer, and EMR-Intel in deliberate sequence — bench first, supervision second, technology third — because operational reliability is what brand teams actually buy.

Parent Group

Backed by Elitez Group of Companies.

Elitez Group is a Ministry-of-Manpower-recognised Human Capital Partner, an IHRP exclusive recruitment partner, and a SkillsFuture-approved training organization. The accreditations above belong to the group; the merchandising unit inherits all of them.

Operating culture

The bench is not a contractor pool. We onboard, train, supervise, and reinforce — which is why retention holds above 95%.

Compliance Posture

PDPA, ISO 27001, MOM-aligned.

Field-collected data is treated with the same posture as a regulated employer. Singapore-resident data, role-based access control in EMR-Intel, audit logging, and an ISO 27001 information-security regime via the Elitez Group certification. PDPA stance is documented and shared on request during procurement.

Workforce compliance — MOM work-pass administration, employment contracts, statutory contributions — sits inside the group's Human Capital Partnership operating model.
