Skills-gap analytics

Map your team against the SkillsFuture framework. See the gaps. Export them as grant evidence.

Every quiz on the platform is mapped to Singapore's SkillsFuture HR Skills Framework — the Technical Skills & Competencies the agencies publish. As your people answer, we estimate the proficiency level each team is performing at, surface the gaps as one heatmap, and export them in the language WSG and JR+ recognise. Diagnose and close in the same platform you already train on.

Mapped to the SkillsFuture HR Skills Framework SkillsFuture Singapore publishes — the methodology your sector already runs on.

The shift

Training without a skills baseline is spend without a target.

Singapore built a national skills language — the SkillsFuture Skills Frameworks — and publishes it openly. Most SMEs still can't answer the question it was built for: which competencies is my team strong on, which is the role's level, and where's the gap? The national tooling answers that for the individual. Nobody affordable answers it for the employer — and exports it in the form a grant officer accepts.

How it works

Four steps from job titles to a gap you can act on.

No consultant engagement, no twelve-month framework build. You start from the national framework and the roles you already hire for, and the platform does the diffing.

01

Content already mapped to the framework

Every quiz — across the 56-module library and the decks you upload — carries its SkillsFuture HR competency, its track, and the proficiency level it tests. The mapping ships with the platform; you don't build a framework from scratch.

02

Assess through what people actually answer

No self-rating checkbox to game. As staff complete quizzes, accuracy against each competency estimates the proficiency level a team is performing at — at-target (≥75%), just-below (50–74%), or significantly below. A skill claim backed by a score, not a survey.

03

See the gap as one heatmap

A business-unit × competency heatmap, red-amber-green, plus a per-learner breakdown by SkillsFuture TSC. The same knowledge-gap analytics that power our manager dashboards, now read in the national framework's vocabulary instead of just module completion.

04

Close it, and export it as evidence

Each gap maps to a learning plan from the library and your decks. Assign, track to completion, then export per-learner TSC accuracy and estimated training hours in the form WSG and JR+ milestone submissions recognise.

The framework

Built on the national taxonomy, not a vendor's own.

The skills language is the one your people, your training providers and the agencies already speak. We map to it; we don't ask you to learn ours. We start with the SkillsFuture HR Skills Framework — the one closest to Elitez's own bench — so a gap report here lines up with funded courses and the evidence formats the agencies expect.

TSC

18 HR competencies, 7 tracks

From Talent Acquisition and Employment Relations to Compensation & Benefits and Data Governance — each at the proficiency level (1–5) it's tested at. The backbone of the analysis.

ESTIMATE

Proficiency from performance

Not a self-assessment survey. Cohort accuracy against each competency estimates the SkillsFuture proficiency level a team is actually operating at.

EVIDENCE

In the agencies' vocabulary

Because the spine is the national framework, the export speaks WSG and JR+ — per-learner TSC accuracy and estimated training hours, ready for milestone submission.

Where we sit

The employer's view — above the free individual tools, not competing with them.

SkillsFuture already gives every Singaporean a free, Singpass-verified record of their own skills and pathways. That's the individual layer, and it should stay free. What no affordable tool gives the employer is the aggregate: a whole-workforce view mapped to the same framework, for planning, job redesign and funding-readiness. That's the layer we built.

NOT THIS

Re-building a free citizen tool

We don't duplicate MySkillsFuture or the Skills Passport. Your people keep those. We read the org, not the individual's national record.

THIS

Whole-workforce aggregation

Roll every role profile and assessment into a team-, function- and company-level skills picture leadership can plan against.

AND THIS

Close-the-loop, not just diagnose

A gap report you can't act on is a slide. Ours hands straight to assignable training and exportable proof of closure.

Why us

Singapore-built, SG-hosted, methodology-aligned, SME-priced.

The serious skills-intelligence platforms are enterprise-priced, demo-gated, and hosted offshore. We're the SME-priced one that runs on Singapore infrastructure, follows the national methodology, and bundles the training to close the gap — not just the dashboard that names it.

HOST

SG-region data residency

Application and skills data hosted in Singapore, PDPA-aligned. No cross-region replication unless contracted.

METHOD

National framework, not bespoke

Mapped to the SkillsFuture Skills Frameworks the agencies publish — the methodology your sector already runs on.

BUNDLE

Diagnose and close, one platform

Library, deck-ingestion, quizzes, dashboards and the gap analysis live together. No separate skills tool to integrate.

PRICE

From S$0, self-serve

Transparent tiers from S$0 to S$299 plus S$2.99 per user. No enterprise minimum, no sales gate to get started.
