PowerPoint (.pptx), PDF, Word (.docx), Markdown (.md), Google Slides export and Notion page export. If you have something else — Keynote, Pages, raw HTML — send it on the walkthrough call and we will confirm whether the pipeline handles it.
Most decks land as published modules within a few hours. On paid tiers we publish an SLA — Pro and Scale return draft modules inside one business day, Enterprise inside four hours.
Multiple-choice with single-correct or multi-select. Each question is grounded in a specific section of the deck you uploaded, with a source-reference for the manager to verify. Manager review and edit before first publish is the default — the AI never publishes to learners without a human pass.
The reverse-engineering pipeline surfaces gaps rather than inventing content. If a section is too thin to support a module, we flag it for the manager to fill in. We do not generate filler from prompts to cover for source weaknesses — that is a category we deliberately do not compete in.
No annual lock-in on Starter, Team or Pro. Month-to-month is the default. Annual commitments are negotiated privately on Scale and Enterprise where the discount mechanic is more typical.
Custom theme — your logo and brand colours — is available from Scale. Full white-label with a custom domain (your-brand.com/learn rather than lms.elitez.com.sg) is on Enterprise. On Enterprise, learners do not see Elitez branding anywhere.
Yes, on Enterprise. We support SAML 2.0, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 (Entra ID). Pre-Enterprise tiers use email-OTP sign-in.
Application and learner data are hosted on Singapore-region infrastructure. PDPA-aligned. Our access-control design observes the IHRP HR-data PDPA refresh (2024). Tamper-evident audit logs are available on Enterprise.
CSV export of completion records, quiz responses and module analytics is available from Pro. A REST API for the same is available from Scale. Enterprise adds full audit-log export. You retain ownership of all uploaded content and exports.
Starter is free up to 5 seats with no time limit. You get read-only access to the Elitez library so you can evaluate the SG-compliance baseline before deciding on a paid tier.
HRMS integrations are on Enterprise. We currently support Talenox, JustLogin and BambooHR for user provisioning and completion sync. Slack, Teams and Notion integrations are included on Enterprise for nudges and content embeds.
You do. You retain ownership of uploaded decks and any AI-generated derivatives. We licence the material solely to deliver training to your team on our platform. If you cancel, you can export everything and we remove the data on request.
Bring one of your existing decks (PPT or PDF). We ingest it live on the call, walk you through the resulting modular structure, show the AI-generated quiz, and quote a tier against your seat band. You leave with a published module you can share with your team.
