How quickly do you reply?

Within one Singapore business day. The contact form routes to derrick@elitez.asia — the same inbox that handles product and pricing.

Is the walkthrough a live demo or a deck?

Live screen-share of the production LMS at lms.elitez.com.sg. No deck. Five minutes on tier fit, ten on the product. We exit after fifteen unless you have more questions.

Do you do follow-up sales calls?

Only if you ask for one. We will email a written tier-fit note after the call. You decide whether to take the next step.

What should we have ready before the call?

Bring one of your existing decks (PPT or PDF). We ingest it live on the call and walk you through the resulting modular structure. Approximate headcount to train and the role mix help us quote against the right tier.

Is there an NDA before we see the platform?

No NDA required for the walkthrough. We screen-share the production LMS. We will sign a mutual NDA before sharing any commercial proposal that includes pricing variations or content licensing.

What channels do you use?

Email for the initial reply. Walkthroughs run on Google Meet or Microsoft Teams — whichever you prefer. We can come on-site to CT Hub or your office if you are in Singapore and want a face-to-face.
