Whitespace Atlas
Three artefacts work together to identify where the category is open and where you can win. The strategy-canvas radar plots existing competitors against the dimensions buyers evaluate; flat patches signal differentiation opportunities. The segment×need heatmap counts how many competitors genuinely serve each pair (score ≥ 3) — green is whitespace, amber is contested, red is crowded; click any cell for the player list. The ranked attack plans translate findings into concrete go-to-market specs (ICP, TAM, gap thesis, why-we-win, channel, pitch, pricing, content).
