JR+ Reframe
Reread of the WSG WDG(JR+) CFP spec (12 Jan 2026, ref WSG-ENTE-PRO-42-9-2-R1) shows Component 3 has narrower scope than v2 implied — diagnostic tools + L&D systems only, must bundle with C1 or C2, mandatory JRET/HCDT outcome. v3 reframes the 9+8 portfolio around three outcome-led JR+ engagement archetypes plus a parallel PSG/self-serve track for products that don't fit JR+. v2 archive · v1 archive.
The JR+ Reality Check
Three constraints from the WSG CFP spec (12 Jan 2026) that determine how the 9+8 portfolio can actually be funded. v2 was loose on this; v3 fixes it.
Three Outcome-Led JR+ Archetypes
Stop selling "9 workflows + 8 platforms". Sell engagements with measurable JR outcomes — the products are the implementation layer, not the headline. Each archetype maps to specific JR+ components and produces a JRET- or HCDT-measurable outcome.
JRET / HCDT — Mandatory Deliverables
Per the CFP spec p4, every WDG(JR+) project must (a) increase job value via JRET OR (b) improve human capital maturity via HCDT, AND demonstrate that local employees benefited from redesigned jobs. Each archetype must produce evidence against these criteria. Below is the deliverable matrix.
Mandatory Outcome Categories
Archetype × Outcome Mapping
Each archetype has explicit JRET/HCDT deliverables; this matrix is what goes into the proposal template (BGP application) and the Completed Project Implementation Report.
Component-Fit Map · Honest Mapping
For each of the 17 products: which JR+ component it actually fits (per spec p5–6), the framing required, and whether it sits inside or outside JR+. About half the portfolio is genuine Component 3; another quarter can be reframed; another quarter belongs on the PSG / self-serve track instead.
Reframing · Stretching the JR+ Net
For the borderline products in the fit matrix, here is the exact narrative move that brings them inside Component 3 (or attaches them to Component 1 as supporting infrastructure). Each reframe must remain defensible against the JRET / HCDT outcome bar — so we are honest about which reframes work and which don't.
Parallel Track · PSG / Self-Serve
Products that genuinely don't fit JR+ go on a parallel track — PSG-eligible (50% subsidy) or self-pay. This is the "bite-size for micro-SMEs" wedge: transparent prices, no consult required, immediate value. Once a relationship exists, qualified prospects upgrade into a JR+ archetype.
Per-Platform Competitor Benchmarks
For each of the 8 platforms (and the 9-workflow stack), the SG-relevant competitor set, indicative aggregate price, our price, and annual customer savings vs the alternative they would otherwise license. Used inside proposals to anchor the "vs your current SaaS stack" narrative.
Legacy iPaaS / RPA Benchmark
For prospects considering DIY workflow automation rather than our managed engagement.
Target Personas · Mapped to Archetypes
8 personas (5 original + 3 platform-buyer additions). Each persona now carries a "Best-Fit JR+ Archetype" tag instead of a generic stack tier — this drives the engagement narrative the BD lead opens with.
Strategic Recommendations · v3 Shifts
Three top-level moves that follow from the JR+ reality check. Cancers to watch: claiming Component 3 covers everything, pricing à la carte products inside JR+ proposals, ignoring the dual-track funnel.
JR+ Readiness Diagnostic · Already Live
A 13-question JR+ readiness diagnostic is already live on the JR+ lead-gen site. It scores HR Maturity (7 dimensions) + Job Redesign Readiness (6 dimensions), aligns to JRET / HCDT framework language, and recommends a specific bundle of WDG(JR+) components. v3 archetypes inherit this — no rebuild needed; we just route diagnostic results to the right archetype.
JR+ Readiness Diagnostic
13 questions · 5 minutes · self-serve scoring. Output: HR Maturity score (0–100), Job Redesign Readiness score (0–100), recommended WDG(JR+) component bundle (C1 only / C1+C3 / C1+C2 / C1+C2+C3), narrative rationale, next-step CTA. Aligns to IHRP HCDT and WSG JRET frameworks. Already supports the v3 archetype routing — high HR + high JR scores → Archetype A; low HR + high JR scores → Archetype B; low both → Archetype C.
