One hour.
The next
decade.
A premium concierge full-body MRI clinic in Johor Bahru. Three magnets, sub-millimetre slices, an unhurried sit-down with the radiologist who read your scan. Built for those who measure life in decades, not days.
Not a scan.
A baseline.
A full-body MRI is, in 2026, a commodity. The same Siemens magnet sits in tertiary hospitals across Singapore, Bangkok, and Kuala Lumpur. What is rare — and what AEVUM exists to provide — is the workflow that surrounds the scan.
One radiologist. One guest. Sixty minutes after the scan, in a room with no clock. Every finding mapped, contextualised, and explained — including the ~32% of incidental findings that are statistically benign and which, in less considered settings, trigger a costly diagnostic cascade.
"The product is not the scan. The product is the calm in the room afterward."
You leave with a written, hand-bound report; a plan you can actually follow; and a calibrated sense of where your body is — not where it might be.
The signal · 2025 data
Six hours.
Door to door.
Pre-arranged transfer
A car collects you in Singapore — Orchard, Sentosa, or your residence. Causeway clearance is pre-cleared. From end-2026, the RTS Link makes this a five-minute crossing.
Lounge, change, brief
A private suite with linen robes, fast-compliant tea or breakfast. Your file is already on the radiologist's desk. No clipboards. No waiting room.
The sixty-minute scan
Inside a 3.0 Tesla magnet with noise-cancelling audio, your selected music or film, and a single-occupancy changing room. We never overlap appointments.
Sit-down with the radiologist
The radiologist who read your scan presents the findings. Each is explained in plain language with statistical context. Hand-bound written report, returned by hand.
Three magnets.
One philosophy.
Siemens MAGNETOM Vida 3.0T
For neurological depth, MR angiography, and brain volumetrics. Used for the Legacy tiers and any high-resolution targeted re-look.
Siemens MAGNETOM Amira 1.5T (×2)
Two units in parallel for full-body coverage on Core and Comprehensive tiers. Refurbished by Siemens, recent-generation, manufacturer-warrantied.
Low-dose CT — Heart & Lungs
Reserved for the Platinum tier — where MRI is weakest. Used judiciously, with consent. Effective dose comparable to one transatlantic flight.
Four scans.
One philosophy.

The conversation
that follows.
The scan tells you what is there. The consultation tells you what to do about it.
About 1 in 3 full-body scans surfaces a benign incidental finding — a small cyst, a tendon irregularity, a soft-tissue shadow. Without context, this triggers anxiety and unnecessary follow-up.
Our 60-minute consultation, conducted by the radiologist who read your scan, exists to de-escalate with evidence. We are explicit about the WB-MRI clinical-evidence debate (ACR, CAR · Sept 2025) — and we name our radiologists.
You leave with a written, hand-bound report and the name of a physician we trust at Columbia Asia, Mount Elizabeth, or Gleneagles, should one prove useful.
Typical findings · n = 1000 scans
Indicative ranges from published whole-body MRI cohort studies (Hegenscheid et al., 2013; Lee et al., 2024). Distribution varies by age and health profile.
