WDG(JR+) is open to both SMEs and non-SMEs registered in Singapore. Most Singapore enterprises that are serious about workforce transformation will qualify.

Project Scoping & Proposal Preparation
Elitez works with you to develop the full WDG(JR+) project proposal for BGP submission. A full quotation is issued — clearly showing total fee, government grant portion (70% or 50%), and client co-fund portion. You sign the Letter of Engagement once satisfied.

Within 14 Days of Submission — BGP Processing
BGP Submission & Letter of Offer
Your company submits the proposal on the Business Grants Portal (BGP). The assigned Anchor PP reviews the application. Check your application status on BGP within 14 days of submission. Upon approval, a Letter of Offer (LOO) is issued — project work only begins after LOO acceptance.

Months 1–12 — Active Project
Project Delivery & Milestone Execution
Elitez consultants work onsite and remotely to deliver the agreed scope — job redesign, capability building, and technology implementation — with milestone updates provided to the Anchor PP throughout.

Project Completion
Completed Report & Grant Disbursement
Elitez submits the Completed Project Report to the Anchor PP. Once milestones are verified, the WSG grant portion is disbursed to Elitez. You pay only your co-funding share — no claims submission required from your side.

The questions we hear most from business owners and HR leaders considering WDG(JR+).
How much does it cost my company to engage Elitez?
You pay only your co-funding share — 30% for SMEs, 50% for non-SMEs — of the approved project cost. The government grant is disbursed directly to Elitez by the Anchor PP upon milestone completion. There is no upfront full payment required. GST on the co-funding portion is payable by your company in accordance with standard tax regulations.
Who submits the BGP application — us or Elitez?
Your company must be the one to submit the BGP application — Elitez cannot submit on your behalf (WSG requirement). However, Elitez prepares all supporting documentation including the project proposal, full quotation with co-fund and grant breakdown, scope details, and attachments — so you only need to review, approve, and click submit.
How long does BGP approval take?
BGP processing is typically within 14 days of submission. You can check your application status directly on the BGP portal at any time. Elitez ensures your submission is complete and accurate to avoid delays. You will receive a Letter of Offer (LOO) upon approval — project work only begins after you accept it.
Can we apply if we've already spoken to a consultant?
Yes — conversations and scoping discussions do not disqualify you. The key condition is that no payment has been made to or contract signed with a consultant before BGP application. If you are speaking to Elitez now, you are eligible to proceed.
What are JRET and HCDT?
JRET (Job Redesign Evaluation Tool) and HCDT (Human Capital Diagnostic Tool) are WSG-mandated assessment instruments. JRET measures the value uplift of redesigned job roles; HCDT assesses overall human capital maturity. Elitez administers both — at baseline and post-project — to demonstrate measurable workforce improvement to WSG.
What happens if our company grows beyond SME threshold during the project?
Your eligibility and funding rate are assessed at the point of BGP application. If you qualify as an SME at application, the 70% co-funding rate applies for the duration of that project regardless of subsequent changes.
Do we need to submit for the grant claim ourselves?
No — you do not need to submit any grant claims. Elitez handles the Completed Project Report submission to the Anchor PP. The WSG grant is disbursed to Elitez directly upon verification. You simply pay your co-funding portion and the grant portion is settled between Elitez and WSG.
