What exactly is an Employer of Record (EOR)?
An EOR legally employs your workers on your behalf. Your employees are technically on our payroll (under Elitez Group), but they work exclusively for you and you retain full operational control — same workspace, same reporting lines, same day-to-day. We handle all the legal and statutory obligations: CPF, WICA, IR8A, payslips, SDL, and benefits administration.
Will my employees know they're under a different company?
Yes, legally their employment contract will be with Elitez Group. However, this is standard practice for EOR arrangements. Many employees appreciate the enhanced benefits (better healthcare, lower WICA costs) that come with being part of a larger group. Their day-to-day work, reporting line, and workspace remain entirely with you.
Who is Elitez EOR best for?
