HR and staffing across hospitality and services. Start: 6 staff, 1 office.

2018

Regional ops scale-up

Group opens a shared-services centre for recruitment and back-office — the same backbone Pulse retainers now run on.

2023

In-house marketing team formed

A dedicated internal marketing function to run Elitez Core, Aviation, ELIX EOR, and AEVUM. Fully bundled retainer model developed here.

AI workflow layer rolled in

First-draft copy, captions, scheduling, QA automated. Margins expanded 20–30% per retainer without changing output quality.

Pulse opens externally

Internal retainer becomes the Pulse product, sold to external SMEs in the $799–$4,499 tier. You're reading the site we launched.

Self-funding vehicle. Internal Elitez retainer covers fixed costs; external retainers drop straight to the bottom line.
