ELIX stands for Elitez Intelligence Xecution — the AI-powered HR intelligence engine that runs beneath ELIXCRAFT. Built on Singapore's SkillsFuture and MOM (Ministry of Manpower) frameworks, ELIXCRAFT reimagines the employee lifecycle as a real-time strategy game where every employee is a Commander Unit in a growing empire.
Whether you are an individual contributor tracking your KPIs and managing your leave, a team lead monitoring your squad's engagement and performance, or a senior manager analysing company-wide attrition and flight risk — ELIXCRAFT gives you the intelligence and tools to make better decisions, faster.

HOW IT WORKS
Everything in ELIXCRAFT maps directly to real HR processes and employment data. There are no random elements or fictional mechanics. When your character gains XP, it reflects completing a real training programme. When you "unlock" a career node, it reflects meeting genuine competency requirements for a role. When you "equip armor," you are selecting your actual benefits package.
ℹ SINGAPORE CONTEXT
All leave entitlements, CPF contribution rates, salary bands, and employment terms displayed in ELIXCRAFT are based on current Singapore legislation and market benchmarks. The system is updated annually in line with MOM and CPF Board releases.
ELIXCRAFT is built for Elitez — a Singapore-based HR and recruitment firm — and reflects the actual industry sectors, role grades, and career frameworks used across their client portfolio spanning Technology, Finance, Healthcare, Sales, and Operations.

The ELIXCRAFT landing page is your Faction Selection Screen — the entry point where every Commander's journey begins. On first visit, you are presented with three faction cards and must deploy to one of them. Returning players will see a Save Detected banner if prior session data exists.

The top-left ⬡ ELIXCRAFT logo is a clickable home icon on all internal pages. The hexagon symbol (⬡) is the ELIX brand mark, representing interconnected teams and career nodes. The version tag confirms you are on the latest deployment.
FACTION CARDS — THE HEART OF THE SCREEN
Three faction cards represent the three primary department tracks. Each card displays the faction's name, lore, unit types, and stat bars. The centre card (Protoss) is featured by default with a golden glow. Hover to preview; click the DEPLOY button to enter character creation.
⚡ You can click anywhere on the card (not just the button) to select a faction. The card will animate on hover.
HOW TO PLAY — COLLAPSIBLE GUIDE
The ▶ HOW TO PLAY section expands to show the full 5-step game flow and stat legend. New Commanders should read this section before deploying. It explains the complete journey from faction selection through to the Boss Battle performance review.
SAVE DETECTED BANNER
If you have previously created a Commander, a SAVE DETECTED banner appears at the bottom of the screen showing your faction, role, level, and XP. You can Continue Game to resume exactly where you left off, or New Game to erase your save and start fresh. Save data is stored locally in your browser.
⚠ Clicking NEW GAME permanently erases your Commander data. This action cannot be undone.
STARFIELD BACKGROUND
The animated starfield canvas behind the interface is a live particle system rendered on HTML5 Canvas. It responds to page focus and creates depth. It does not affect performance significantly but can be paused by blurring the tab.

📊 UNIT STATS — STR, INT, CHA, DEX
Every Commander in ELIXCRAFT is defined by four core stats. These stats are not arbitrary numbers — they are direct representations of professional competencies used in real performance appraisals, mapped to the ELIX Assessment Framework and SkillsFuture competency bands.
The ability to lead, influence outcomes, and drive results through others. High STR Commanders are effective managers, change agents, and executives who can marshal resources and move organisations.
Real-world equivalents: Leadership ratings, management effectiveness, stakeholder influence, P&L ownership
Technical depth, analytical thinking, and learning velocity. High INT Commanders are domain experts, data-driven decision-makers, and fast learners who can absorb complex systems and apply them effectively.
Real-world equivalents: Technical skills score, certifications earned, problem-solving assessments, code quality metrics
Communication clarity, stakeholder management, and the power of persuasion. High CHA Commanders build strong client relationships, inspire teams, and create alignment across diverse groups.

CHAPTER 05
⚙ CHARACTER CREATION — 6-STEP DEPLOYMENT
After selecting your faction, you enter the 6-Step Character Creation wizard. This represents your employee onboarding journey, mapping each step to a real HR process. Complete all 6 steps to deploy your Commander to the Command Center.
ROLE SELECTION
Choose your starting role from the available positions within your faction. Roles have level requirements, stat focuses, and salary bands displayed. Your choice sets your job title, reporting line, and initial career track. HR equivalent: Job offer acceptance & role assignment.
💡 You are not locked to your starting role forever. Role changes happen via the Tech Tree as you level up.
STAT ALLOCATION
Distribute 20 stat points across STR, INT, CHA, and DEX. Each faction starts with different base values. You can add to any stat but cannot reduce below the faction baseline. Points spent here represent your personal assessment at onboarding. HR equivalent: Pre-hire assessment scores & skills profile.
SKILL EQUIPMENT (POWER-UPS)
Select up to 4 starting skills from the SkillsFuture-mapped skill library. Skills are categorised by domain (Technical, Leadership, Communication, Operational) and each has a level rating (1–5). Higher-level skills require XP to unlock. HR equivalent: Skills declaration & SkillsFuture portfolio.
BENEFITS ARMOR
Configure your Benefits package by selecting tiers for Medical, Dental, Annual Leave, CPF, and optional extras. Medical has Gold/Silver/Bronze tiers. Annual Leave defaults to MOM statutory minimum and increases with tenure. HR equivalent: Benefits enrolment at onboarding.
🛡 CPF is mandatory for all Singapore Citizens and PRs and cannot be deselected. Equity (RSU) unlocks at Level 8.
INDUSTRY SPECIALISATION
Choose one of 16 Elitez industry sectors to specialise in. This unlocks sector-specific career nodes on the Career Map and determines which industry benchmarks your SITREP analytics compare against. HR equivalent: Industry specialisation declaration for placement purposes.
DEPLOY — ENTER COMMAND CENTER
Review your full Commander profile and click DEPLOY to save your character and enter the Command Center. Your profile is saved to browser localStorage and persists across sessions. HR equivalent: Contract signing & Day 1 onboarding completion.

Each level-up reveals new nodes on the Career Fog of War Map. Nodes unlock new role options, skill slots, and benefit upgrades.
FORK — IC OR MANAGEMENT
At Level 7, the Tech Tree forks. Individual Contributor path leads to Principal/Fellow; Management path leads to Manager → Director → VP.
✓ PROMOTION REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for promotion to the next grade: (1) minimum 12 months in current grade, (2) last appraisal rating ≥ 3.5, (3) manager nomination, (4) skills gap assessment completed, (5) headcount budget approved. Track your readiness in the

🏆 THE BOSS BATTLE — PERFORMANCE REVIEW
Twice a year, ELIXCRAFT enters Boss Battle Season — the Performance Review Cycle. This is the most consequential event in your Commander's journey. Your accumulated stats, quest completions, and skill loadout determine whether you win the battle, level up, and unlock promotions — or enter a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan).
HOW THE BATTLE WORKS
SELF-ASSESSMENT (PHASE 1)
Rate yourself on each competency. Your self-score becomes your opening move. Higher self-scores increase first-strike damage but must be backed by evidence.
MANAGER REVIEW (THE BOSS)
Your manager's ratings become the boss's attack score. High alignment between self and manager scores reduces damage taken. Large gaps increase the boss's power significantly.
CALIBRATION (BOSS PHASES)
Each calibration round is a boss phase. Your completed quests and certifications provide bonus attack rounds. The boss gets harder as you aim for higher grades.
OUTCOME
Win → Level up, receive XP bonus, unlock new career nodes, get salary increment. Draw → Maintain level, no increment. Loss → Enter PIP mode with 90-day recovery arc.

THE CAREER MAP — FOG OF WAR
The Career Fog of War Map is a spatial representation of all possible career paths from your current position. Explored nodes (visible) show roles you have held or are adjacent to. Unexplored nodes (fogged) reveal as you level up and meet prerequisite stat thresholds. The map is faction-specific and updates dynamically after each Boss Battle outcome.

📖 GLOSSARY — GAME TERMS TO HR TERMS
ELIXCRAFT uses gamified language throughout, but every term maps precisely to an HR or employment concept. Use this reference whenever you encounter unfamiliar terminology.
COMMANDER UNIT
An individual employee. Each person in the organisation is represented as a deployable unit with stats, skills, and a career trajectory.
FACTION
Department / business unit. Protoss = Engineering, Terran = Operations/Finance/HR, Zerg = Sales/Marketing/People.
DEPLOY
Onboard / hire. Deploying a Commander = completing onboarding and becoming an active employee.
XP (EXPERIENCE POINTS)
Cumulative performance and learning credits. Earned through quest completion, training, and milestones. Drives level advancement.
QUEST BOARD
OKR / goal-tracking system. Main Quests = company OKRs; Side Quests = team projects; Training Quests = L&D programmes.
ARMOR (BENEFITS)
Employee benefits package. Medical, dental, annual leave, CPF, and equity slots represent your full compensation and benefits envelope.
POWER-UPS (SKILLS)
Certifications and competencies. Each Power-Up corresponds to a SkillsFuture-mapped skill with a proficiency level (1–5 = basic to mastery).
BOSS BATTLE
Performance appraisal cycle. A structured, turn-based review where your stats and quest completions are evaluated against grade expectations.
TECH TREE
Career progression framework. Shows all available role transitions from your current position, with unlock requirements for each node.
PTO SHIELD
Paid Time Off / Leave entitlements. Shield "durability" = remaining leave days. Annual, Medical, Childcare, and other leave types mapped to MOM guidelines.
RESOURCE REQUISITION
Expense claims and reimbursements. Submit receipts for training, transport, equipment, and meals within your annual claim allowance.
GHOST SLOT
Open headcount position. A budgeted vacancy that has not yet been filled. Clicking a Ghost Slot opens the recruitment workflow.
SUPPLY
